If you feel tired, but think you shouldn't be, as you've not been as physically active as you're used to, and above that, you're still not sleeping particularly well at the moment - you're not alone. There's a lot of heightened emotions out there at the moment and of course, there's a lot to process mentally!

For us to process these huge changes we're currently living through, we simply need a lot more mental energy. Just as if you're upping your game with your physical exercises, it can feel draining and tiring until our body and minds build that "muscle memory" and find healthier ways of processing it all.

In order to support you as good as I can right now, alongside my Yoga classes, I created this wonderfully relaxing Meditation for you. I'll guide you through it once, live online. And afterward, I'll send you a downloadable copy so you can tune in often, as often as you feel like.

I believe that even if the world might feel upside down, chaotic and overwhelming right now, it's so important to remind ourselves of that quiet and peaceful space right within us - it's always there for us. A space we can always tap into when life gets a little too much.

Though often we forget as our mind takes us away into worries, concerns, stress and anxiety. So one absolutely crucial factor that helps us with that, staying clear and focused is a deep and restful sleep. 

When we're asleep we process our days, our body re-fuels and recovers, our systems take rest.  So that we can wake up, nourished and full of strength and positive energy to tackle another day. 

Meditation slows down our brainwaves, to a frequency where we can access our intuition more easily, where healing happens naturally, just before we drift off into a restful sleep.

Get yourself ready for bed and when the time comes for us to come together, all you then need to do is tune in and relax and maybe you'll even effortlessly drift off to sleep there and then.
